According to Roster leak(which is %99 true) there are no cyborgs in base roster so what about Cyber Hydro in MK11 as a DLC. So we know there will be no Cyrax, Sektor or Cyber Smoke because they were dlc in MKX(triborg). We know that Ed Boon said "we dont repeat dlc". This could be Hydro? Maybe its a easter egg? This version of Hydro displays similar skills to other Lin Kueicyborgs, such as conducting electricity around his arms and fists to increase the damage of his attacks. In Mortal Kombat: Legacy, Hydro is portrayed as an earlier version of the cybernetic ninja program, unit LK1V1, and is pitted against Cyrax and Sektor to demonstrate their superior abilities.
